Sentido Reef Oasis Aqua Park Resort, Sharm el-Sheikh

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean with a balcony, which was a great feature. It could have been better with more lighting as it felt a bit dark. The location was excellent, right in front of the beach, offering a unique experience, especially during winter. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and kind staff, making my stay even more enjoyable. The dining options were good, with fresh bakes every morning and a variety of choices for all meals. However, the room service was uncooperative at times, which was a downside.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, but experiences some issues with room reservations and service quality. The staff, especially Mr Mohamed and Mr Ahmed, provide excellent service. The location is stunning with opportunities for snorkeling in the coral reef, but has limitations like restricted aquapark hours in April. The dining options are good, especially the fresh bakes, and the facilities are generally satisfactory.

The room at Mo's restaurant was very elegant and well-equipped, with several complementary fruits and desserts received during our stay. However, the room had other people's hairs all over it and the same in the shower room. It was not what I reserved and was very bad, not worth the money. Room service was also poor, and overall services did not meet expectations.
